Student Short – ‘The Porter Proxy’

This film was produced by myself and classmate Peyton Duncan, as our final project in Production 1 at AustinFilmWorks. It is a student film and as such was never released commercially and does not have license for the music. AFW is run by Steve Mims, film maker and previously a film professor at UT (and Robert Rodriguez’s mentor). Our class screened our films at the old Alamo on Colorado.  It was the first time something I had made was shown to the public. The response was great. I even heard people gasping at the final twist reveal and enthusiastically clapped for it at the end.Title: The Porter Proxy
Length: 5:22 minutes
Year: 2003
By: Peyton Duncan and Sean Russell
